IERAE CTF is organized by GMO Ierae, the CTF team of GMO Cybersecurity by Ierae, Inc. We are a Japanese security company with many CTF players. We have learned and grown with the CTF community, and want to give something back.

About this CTF
CTF has always been about the moment something clicks. As AI begins solving challenges on its own, many players are starting to wonder what is left for them. We want to give them a reason to keep playing.
That is why we are building this CTF around a single challenge that AI could not solve on its own in our tests. AI use is welcome. We believe human insight can still make the difference between getting stuck and finding the flag.
An autonomous solve would be welcome, too. We have tested the challenge extensively with a setup based on 5.6-sol ultra, without supplying human insights into the solution. A more advanced model, a carefully engineered harness, or a sophisticated AI agent may succeed where our setup did not. An AI-only solve would be a valuable result in its own right.
